These terms cover your use of the Petal Pit Stop website. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.
Preview: the site is being tested before the shop opens. Payments are in test mode, so no card is charged, and orders placed now are for trying the site out. They won't be made or delivered unless we confirm with you directly.
Your account
- Give us accurate contact details so we can reach you about your order.
- Keep your sign-in to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- We may suspend accounts that are used to abuse the site or other people.
Orders and flowers
- Flowers are natural and seasonal. Your bouquet may look a little different from the photos, and we may swap in similar stems of equal value when something isn't available.
- Prices, menu items, delivery areas and pickup times are shown on the site and can change.
- Delivery and pickup times are our best estimate. Weather and other things outside our control can cause delays.
- For delivery, please make sure the address is right and someone can receive the flowers, or tell us where to leave them.
Subscriptions and the Never-Forget plan
- Subscriptions repeat on the schedule you choose until you pause or cancel them on your account page.
- You can skip, pause or cancel before an upcoming delivery is prepared.
- Saved dates stay on your account until you remove them.
Card messages
You're responsible for what you write in a card. We may decline to print messages that are hateful, harassing or illegal.
Privacy
How we handle your information is covered in our privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms as the shop gets ready to open. We'll change the date at the top when we do, and we'll show bigger changes on the site.
